Our Modular Building Systems Are based on linkable modules, generally from 8ft, 9ft to 10ft width, and standard lengths ranging from 20ft, 24ft, 32ft, and 40ft to 48ft.
They are available for sale both new build and refurbished previously used.

As well as offering new build modular buildings bespoke to suit your specific requirements, we also offer a range of previously used buildings to those whose spending budgets are limited.

Our dedicated team of craftsman are able to install additional internal walls, windows, doors, heating, lighting etc, to a high quality of workmanship.

All new build modular buildings are constructed in full accordance with relevant British Standards and Codes of Practice and also in full accordance with current Building Regulations.

Our Modular Building System is manufactured in segmented form under strict quality controlled factory conditions.

Each individual module arrives on site complete with internal and external decoration, electrics such as heating, lighting, and power points are installed at the factory as well as plumbing and most of the floor coverings, this in return reduces the time required on site to complete, apposed the a traditional building built from brick and mortar.
